Large Projects
Our Large Project services generally begin with the architect’s plans and take you through to the completed build – but don’t worry if you don’t know an architect we will be able to suggest one to you that we’ve worked with before.
If you’re still at the stage where you’re formulating your ideas about what to do and how to do it and feel that you’re not ready to instruct architects and designers, you can use us to help you. We’ll inspect the site, talk things through with you and draw up a feasibility study for the changes you have in mind, to give you a starting point for your ideas.
Once it’s established we’ll engage directly with all the other professions throughout the project: the architect and designers themselves; town planners; building inspectors; regulators and heritage inspectors.
The building work is managed exclusively by us. We bring in all the trades to site, buy all the materials that are needed for the build and manage everything through to final fit. Depending on the size of the project and its duration, we will agree a reporting structure with you and we’ll establish key project milestones before any work is started.
Mid-Range Projects
By mid-range projects, we mean substantial pieces of work but ones that don’t tend to structurally alter the building(s) that you live in.
Where a small structural change is needed to accomplish the work, we can of course do this; but what is often more important with this nature of work is design, finishing and cost.
From off-the-shelf kitchens and bathrooms, to hand made designer versions, we’ll work with whatever you throw at us. We understand that its your home and it needs to look beautiful.
So whether it’s a kitchen, a bathroom, replacement windows or a simple plastering job, you can rest assured that we know how important it is to you. Our customers know too, because they always ask us back.

Small Projects or Maintenance
For many of our customers, they want to see the work that we do to be maintained by us too – that way they are assured of a consistent approach and more importantly peace of mind.
